ArtFuse: AI Music Studio ("the App") is developed and provided by StevesLab.
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.
ArtFuse: AI Music Studio does not require users to create an account and does not collect personal information such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment information directly from users.
Songs, generated audio, lyrics, project files, app settings, and other content created within the App are saved locally on your device unless they are submitted for AI music generation as described below.
ArtFuse: AI Music Studio uses third-party artificial intelligence services to generate music and audio content.
When you submit lyrics, prompts, style descriptions, song titles, or other content for music generation, this information is transmitted to our third-party AI service provider, SunoAPI, for processing.
The submitted content is used to generate the requested music and return the generated results to the App.
Users should avoid including sensitive personal information in prompts, lyrics, song titles, or other content submitted for AI generation.
Generated songs, project files, lyrics, and related content are stored locally on your device. StevesLab does not maintain its own servers for storing user-created songs, lyrics, or project files.
You are responsible for managing and backing up content stored on your device.
The App relies on third-party services to provide AI music generation functionality.
SunoAPI may process user-submitted prompts, lyrics, style descriptions, song titles, and generation requests as necessary to provide AI music generation functionality.
Processing by SunoAPI is subject to SunoAPI's own privacy practices and policies.
StevesLab does not sell, rent, or trade user information.
User-submitted generation content may be shared with SunoAPI only as necessary to provide AI music generation features.
The App does not use advertising networks, analytics services, or tracking technologies to collect personal information.
The App may request device permissions required for its core functionality, such as saving, accessing, importing, or exporting music files on your device.
These permissions are used solely to provide requested App features and are not used to collect personal information.
Content stored locally on your device can be deleted by you at any time through the App, through your device storage settings, or by uninstalling the App.
StevesLab does not control how long SunoAPI may retain data processed by its services. Please refer to SunoAPI's privacy practices for information about its data retention and deletion policies.
ArtFuse: AI Music Studio is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children. Users should not submit personal information of children in prompts, lyrics, or other AI generation requests.
StevesLab maintains a strict, zero-tolerance policy regarding content that endangers minors. In full compliance with Google Play’s Child Safety Standards, ArtFuse: AI Music Studio explicitly prohibits any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) or the creation and dissemination of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
To enforce these standards, text inputs, lyrics, and metadata prompts generated or handled by the App are subject to rigorous content filtering mechanism rules to block, flag, or prevent the processing of any text containing explicit or illegal materials harmful to children.
Any attempts to circumvent filters to generate material related to CSAE or CSAM will result in immediate termination of access to the App's AI translation or generation features. User-created content stored locally remains on your device. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and backups.
Information submitted for AI generation is transmitted to SunoAPI as necessary to provide the requested service.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updates will be reflected by revising the "Last Updated" date shown above.
